We proposed the new transportation base on original route. we changed the outer circle route as the main two way traffic route to connect various direction around circle and inner circle is boundary of Parliament House, not means to disconnect with outside. it is designed  about people driving the private vehicles park in designed parking spot, then plug in power energy transmission  machines to supply powers to Parliament House. Only green vehicles(parliament house will provided) can access(e.g. Buggy).


This design benefit  are:
-Clean energy re-generation
-Re-organised urban layout
-More efficient traffic flow

The benefit of sky bridge are:

-Improve inner working efficiency between departments.

-Distributed departments around parliament house.
