Inspirit from chinese hand-made fan, to operate as distribute and really flexible.
try to apply on to architectural design
Building surrounded could move to side to maximum semi-outdoor space(green area).
Proposed uni-knowledge infrastructure building located in the outer circle.
The new infrastructure provide meeting and communication opportunity for university student in Canberra(especial for Australia national university student, due to most of top students studying there) with political people.
