If Sydney is a wealthy business man, if Melbourne is a creative artist, if Perth is an conscientious engineer, if Brisbane is an energetic young man, than we believe Canberra should be a wise conductor. We believe Canberra should be attractive, should be symbolic model of a country, should educates people in a positive attitude, and it should also presents itself uniquely. We propose a new political system with a distributed form which serves the country and its people in a more efficient way and sincere attitude. In consideration of the environment, we added new infrastructure layer on top of existing ones, separating functions and boosting functional efficiency.
